3. Specific Conditions by Service Type
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Premium Mini and Pro)
Conditions for Full Refund:
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days from purchase date
- Must not have generated birth charts (applicable to Premium Pro only)
- Account must not have been suspended for terms violation
Conditions for Partial Refund (8-30 days):
- Will be calculated proportionally to remaining billing period time
- Value of services used will be deducted
- Minimum refund: 50% of amount paid
No Refund (after 30 days):
After 30 days from purchase date, no refunds will be provided. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
3.2 Individual Birth Chart
Full Refund (24 hours):
- Request within 24 hours after purchase
- Birth chart must not have been generated or downloaded
- Must not have accessed complete interpretation content
No Refund (after 24 hours or use):
Once the birth chart has been generated and delivered, the service is considered fully provided. No refunds will be provided after this point.
